Mark Riesenberg is the founder and owner of Human Resources Unlimited in West Orange, New Jersey since 1987, a firm that specializes in helping individuals and organizations to achieve their goals, to get totally on top of their days and weeks, to powerfully implement their plans, and to profoundly develop a life long approach to personal and spiritual development.

Mark's expertise is in helping you to have your head in the clouds with your feet on the ground, leading to high impact results that are specific, measurable and meaningful both in the short and in the long term. This is what makes his keynote and coaching programs unique. He gets you thinking big while remaining focused and organized. He has crafted this ability through his spiritual journey as a passionate meditator and yoga enthusiast since 1970. Mark was a full-time teacher of Transcendental Meditation (TM) from 1972-1977.

He brought his focus and discipline into the corporate world at The Southland Corporation: 7-Eleven Food Stores as a district manager overseeing the operation of twenty-seven franchised stores and then as the Northeast Division's Training Manager. He left Southland to start his own company. Mark started calling himself a coach as early as 1988 when there were very few coaches. He uses coaching to help you powerfully implement all that you get excited about from participating in his keynotes, workshops or when reading his books or listening to his CD's.

He is the author of the best selling book, How to Stop Whining and Start Winning: A Guide to Goal Setting and Time Management and is now working on his second book, To Provide Guidance to Mankind, an eBook that focuses on the profound changes going on in our world and how to expand and accelerate your consciousness to stay ahead and be a leader in this new spiritual frontier.

He has appeared on CNBC and was featured in Oprah's magazine. Mark has worked with thousands of companies and coached thousands of people over the past two decades.
